Refund policy

We cannot accept returns based on your kids not liking a product. If you are unsure of which foods your kids will like, we recommend starting with a Starter Kit. These offer a wide sampling of many of our products. After trying them you can order larger amounts of the products your kids liked the most.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@cubpantry.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
